wellness4one Mobile provides members with the ability to log workouts and nutrition where they workout and eat. We realized from the start that an online-based fitness and nutrition system would only work if users had the option of recording and tracking their fitness and calorie data at the gym or in a restaurant. wellness4one Mobile provides a general WAP enabled Internet website which supports most mobile devices as well as device-specific versions that take advantage your mobile device's special abilities.
